Defiance Softball is excited for the return of FALL BALL!

Defiance Softball is looking for players to form our teams for the 2024 fall ball season.

 

Fall Ball players will participate in the age group they will be playing in next summer and is designed to give players the opportunity to learn more about the game and develop skills. For many players, especially those moving to a new age group, Fall Ball is the time to adjust to changes that come with the new group.

Our fall ball season runs through mid-October.  Games are played in Defiance, and at ballparks in surrounding communities in northwest Ohio.  Games will be played on Sundays.

 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: August 9th

 

AGE GROUPS:

8u - 10u - 12u - 14u

Players will play in their 2025 age group.

This means the age group is determined by the age of the player on August 31, 2024. Please see the chart if you have any questions.

SEASON INFORMATION:

All games will be played on Sundays.

Teams will play 2 games each week.

​

Open Date: Mid-to-late August

End Date: Early October

Our organization does not host our own league and will be entering our teams to compete in leagues around northwest Ohio. Specific game dates, times and locations will be determined for each age group once the registration is completed.

Fees cover uniform top and socks, league fees, sanction fees, umpire costs, etc.
